Capacitar: Integrative Practices for Healing and Empowerment

Capacitar is grounded in the recognition of our shared spiritual interconnection with the Source of Being. Through its holistic practices, Capacitar seeks to inspire individuals to embrace the sacredness of life and to awaken the innate wisdom and goodness within the body, mind, and spirit.

Participants will be introduced to a range of gentle, yet powerful techniques designed to promote emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being, including:

• Tai Chi Energy Flow

• Pat Dan Gum (Qigong-style movement)

• Finger Holds for Emotional Balance

• Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

• Other integrative healing modalities

Some sessions incorporate light physical movement, supported by video guidance to ensure accessibility and ease of practice. These exercises are suitable for all levels and are designed to foster relaxation, resilience, and inner harmony.
